Before 10am

Check this out - all ready for church before 10 am!
Trent and Sesily are spending a few days in Washington DC for their anniversary. Their kids stayed at Ammon and Katie's last night and we picked them up early this morning. Lacey and Brad blessed their baby today so we had to be ready and out the door by 10:20. Yikes! I haven't had to do that in quite some time. Takes me back a few years. I was always grateful for the later church when the kids were little.
Aren't they just darling! I just want to kiss their little cheeks and squeeze them all the time!

Playing before they go home!

I absolutely LOVE this image of Bennett and Megan. They will be leaving to go back to Utah in a few days and Chad and I will miss them! A lot! We have gotten into a routine of Bennett waking up in the mornings and Chad taking him for a stroller ride or just swinging with him in the back yard. I have loved getting him ready for the day. I bath, lotion, and even gel his hair. Megan is a joy to have around. I am sure she will be happy to be back with Kenny.

So we just had to 'play'. Here are a few others ...

New car for Lana

Time has run out on Lana's lease of the bug. She said she was ready for a change. I, however, think it was a perfect car for her. She and Tyson have been watching the auctions and Tyson's dad was able to pick up a Saturn Vue. They love it.

Tyson's 24!

Lana invited familee and some close friends over to celebrate Tyson's 24th birthday.

She made a baseball cake and two Skor cakes. We met at their apartment and then went to the park. It was a nice visit with familee and friends.
Lana has decorated the apartment so cute. Well, Tyson has that artys flare too. Between the two of them, their place is just cute as can be.

Shower for Bree

Olive Garden was a nice place to gather for Bree's familee shower. We enjoyed each other's company and missed those who were unable to be there. It was nice to have Megan here. Bree went to the doctor earlier that day and he said she will probably only go about three more weeks. Since she is little, he doesn't want her having a big baby.

Tabby Miller is a good friend of the familee. She married Tyson Miller and her daughter was born the day after Bennett. We say they are going to get married. Don't they look like they could be happy together!

Dessert by Cupcake Lane Bakery! Yummy!
Sesily made a darling diaper cake for Bree.

Great Grandma Kennedy quilts a blanket for every grandchild and now for all the great grand children

All the pregnant girls! Heather and Sesily are due in late Spring

Second surgery for Bennett

Bennett's second surgery was a success! The cyst by his left eye was removed very easily with no complications. It was out patient surgery and he was put under anesthesia. He does have a few bruises in both hands and one foot where they tried to find a vein but no luck. All stitches are on the inside. Isn't that amazing!

Papa and Bennett were so tired from their ordeal!

Megan make Bennett's food - this is dinner (avacado and banana). She said her mother fed this to her and her siblings when they were babies. We hope Bennett eats like the White's and not the Lee's!

And he loves it!

Lana's new room

I just love black and white! We didn't waste any time after Lana moved out into her apartment with Tyson that we redecorated her bedroom. Brett painted while I shopped for material, funiture and accents. It will be a guest room but will always still be Lana's room. The wall of pictures are from her wedding and also of her when she was younger. It was hard to paint over the purple polkadots but when we finally finished with the room, I just loved it!
And since we were in the painting mood, Brett repainted Kenny's room. I will post pictures of that when I have the pictures hung on the wall. His room will have pictures of him, Megan and Bennett.
That was my summer project!
